Fairmont Chateau Whistler is a landmark ski-in ski-out hotel and golf resort at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Our welcoming and professional team is here to provide you with the ideal Whistler experience, whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, family vacation, ski or golf trip, business meeting, or special event.

Express Check Out forms are included in your Whistler room key passport. These can be dropped off at the front desk located in the lobby of the hotel should you prefer to have your balances settled to your credit card rather than being assisted by a Front Desk Agent. Account balances can be reviewed using the menu screen on your guest room television.
Self-parking: $41 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.
Valet service: $50 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.
Fairmont Chateau Whistler is pleased to offer access to Tesla Supercharger electric vehicle charging stations (ten stations total, up to 72 kW).

Our shuttle has four designated drop-offs and pickups throughout Whistler Village completing its route about every 15-20 minutes from 7 AM – 11 PM. In addition, we have a private courtesy SUV service taking guests to specific locations that are not on the shuttle route. Both of these services are operated on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to speak to the staff at the outside at the front door of the hotel approximately 30 minutes before you require either service to allow time to get to your destination in time in the event that there is a delay in getting you moving.
The Housekeeping department would be happy to provide you with playpens, irons, and ironing boards at no extra charge.
Mini-fridges and microwaves are available upon request ($10.00 CAD plus per day each)
You are welcome to use coin-operated washers and dryers on four of the hotel floors. Dry cleaning services are also available.
Fairmont Chateau Whistler welcomes small pets for a rate of $50.00 plus applicable taxes per day. Pets can be supplied with beds and a bowl upon request. Pets are not allowed in the Fairmont Gold Penthouse Suites.
Note: Service dogs are allowed on the property free of charge.
Babysitting Whistler is a childcare and nanny agency that provides safe, fun active care while babysitting. Whistler nannies combine care for your children with all the great children’s activities Whistler Blackcomb has to offer. Our nannies and babysitters come to your Whistler accommodation to entertain your children both daycare and in the evening. They accept all Whistler kids and their families from newborn to 14 years of age.
They conduct thorough background and reference checks on all their Whistler nannies to ensure that your children have the best care possible and peace of mind for you. All Whistler Babysitters are first aid certified, bonded and insured.

Bell Staff are located at the main entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage bell services. Bell Staff are available to assist you 24-hours, 7-days per week.
Complimentary bicycle, ski, and golf storage is available in the lower lobby concourse level of the hotel. The Mountain Adventure Centre is open daily from 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Ski-in/ski-out facilities and on-the-slopes Ski Host guest services are at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.
Visit the Fairmont Snow Host for a cup of hot chocolate at the end of your day. During golf season, Guest Services will assist with transferring your clubs to and from the Fairmont Golf Clubhouse.
