We suggest letting us help you secure a booking with our locally-based & trusted partners with whom we have long standing relationships.
Some of our guests have experienced issues when booking themselves directly or via third party transportation sites who may not be as well versed with Whistler’s particular needs; these companies act as a booking agent only, similar to Expedia, however they do not operate or own the vehicles themselves, and last-moment cancellations are not uncommon. If you choose to book directly with any agency, online or by phone, we strongly encourage you to reach out and connect directly with the company they have booked you with ahead of time to ensure they will be able to provide the service you have requested.
Whistler Shuttle does not offer scheduled departures from YVR but does match your arrival time with other arriving guests. You will typically travel in 20 passenger Sprinter vans but occasionally in a larger coach.

Skylynx Airport Express Shuttle Departs based on a set schedule from Vancouver Airport. Drops off at the front door of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. A great service if it fits with your schedule and the flight arrives as planned. If you miss your bus, you will be rescheduled to the next non-express Skylynx bus that has availability.

This service is not recommended for any airport transfers or any time sensitive transfers due to inconsistencies in service promises.
Uber & Lyft are not available in Whistler for pick up.

From Vancouver International Airport
(Approximately 3 hours)
- Follow the signs to Grant McConachie Way, Vancouver and city center.
- Proceed over the Arthur Laing Bridge.
- Keep right and follow the signs to Granville Street and city center.
- Go along Granville Street (approximately 8 km), then over the Granville Bridge.
- Take the Seymour exit off Granville Bridge.
- Follow Seymour Street 7 blocks to Georgia and turn left (west).
- Head west along Georgia Street, approximately 12 blocks to Stanley Park.
- Go through Stanley Park and onto the Lion’s Gate Bridge.
- As you leave the bridge, follow the signs for West Vancouver.
- You will find yourself on Marine Drive.
- At the 1st traffic light turn right onto Taylor Way.
- At the 2nd traffic light, take the left lane and follow the signs to Horseshoe Bay.
- At Horseshoe Bay, watch for the exit sign onto Highway 99 North to Squamish and Whistler.
- Continue north along Highway 99 to Whistler Village.
- Once you reach the Whistler Valley, proceed through 6 traffic lights and turn right at the 7th traffic light onto Lorimer Road.
- Follow Lorimer Road through the traffic light to the Upper Village, until you reach the 4-way stop sign at Blackcomb Way.
- Turn right onto Blackcomb Way.
- Almost immediately, you will see The Fairmont Chateau Whistler sign at the foot of Chateau Boulevard (left-hand side).
- Self-parking: $41 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.
- Valet service: $50 CAD/night plus taxes, with unlimited access.
