Whistler Pride and Ski Festival
Whistler is proud to host the annual Whistler Pride and Ski Festival, which celebrates its 32nd year in 2025. One of the biggest and best, queer-focused ski weeks in North America, the 2SLGBTQIA+ pride week features a packed events schedule of skiing, snowboarding, celebrations, arts and culture and social events. Schedule Highlights
With 8 days of incredible events, the energy and diversity of the festival is reflected in the schedule. Enjoy Whistler Blackcomb’s incredible terrain for skiing and riding each day, with parties and socializing in the evenings, and family-friendly events too. Daily Ski and Snowboard Guiding
January 22 – 27, 2024 | Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains
The social core of the week, the free daily guided ski and snowboard groups are the best way to meet other festival attendees while exploring the awe-inspiring, award-winning slopes of Whistler Blackcomb. These volunteer-guided groups range from green runs to expert.
Après Ski Sessions
January 22 – 24, 2024 | 3 – 6 PM
Refuel, unwind, and socialize at the official festival après. You can keep the conversation going with your guide group or mingle with other festival guests in a warm, welcoming environment with tasty beverages made with PRIDE by our Après host venues.
Community Day Parade
Friday, January 26, 2024 | 3 PM
The Whistler Pride Ski-OUT and Parade are signature parts of the festival. The vibrant colours of pride pop brilliantly against the white snow as skiers fly rainbows down the mountain. The flags are then paraded through the Village in celebration of diversity and inclusivity.

Whistler Pride Welcome Party
Sunday, January 21, 2024 | 4:30 – 8:30 PM | Audain Art Museum
The festival’s official kick-off where guests mingle with each other, festival organizers and meet the friendly Ski and Snowboard Guides. Enjoy live music by Tim Hewitt Duo, a unique blend of live instrumentation, looping technology and a talented fiddler/violinist that will surprise and delight. Guests are also welcome to look at the comprehensive Permanent Collection and current exhibitions – showcasing BC Artists from the 18th century to the present.
Drag Bingo
Monday, January 22, 2024 | 7 – 11 PM | The Longhorn Saloon
Grandma didn’t do Bingo like this! SYMONE SAYS, Canada’s First Lady of Glam, calls the balls and keeps the crowds roaring like only she can as guests drink and daub in hopes of calling BINGO!
Sip ‘n Dip
Tuesday, January 23, 2024 | 9:30 – 11:30 PM | Scandinave Spa
A Whistler Pride exclusive – a private event at the world-renowned Scandinave Spa. Refresh and sip wine and beer in the pavilion with music by Whistler’s favourite DJ FOXY MORON or rejuvenate in the hot tubs, try the hot-cool-relax cycle, and cozy up by the firepits in the relaxing, natural mountain setting of the traditional Scandinavian baths.
Comedy Night Featuring Bianca Del Rio and Lady Bunny
Wednesday, January 24, 2024 | 8 PM | Sea to Sky Ballroom, Whistler Conference Centre
One of the most anticipated events during Whistler Pride and Ski Festival is Comedy Night – an evening of side-splitting humour that fills the massive Sea to Sky Ballroom with laughter. Featuring top-tier headlining comedy talent, Bianca Del Rio and Lady Bunny, with hostess/emcee Symone Says, Canada’s First Lady of Glam. Legendary drag comedian, Bianca Del Rio, dubbed “The Joan Rivers of the Drag World” is a dimple-cheeked, larger-than-life drag queen and outrageous comic who isn’t afraid to shock and offend. Lady Bunny is an iconic trailblazer in the queer community, advocating for queer rights while mixing activism and entertainment. You don’t want to miss this event! Splash Pool Party
Thursday, January 25, 2024 | 10 PM – 2 AM | Meadow Park Sports Centre
Let’s get soaking wet! Dive into the always packed, always playful, Whistler Pride Indoor Pool Party! DJ/Producer Bertossi plays bouncy house beats while you float on the giant inflatables in the main pool, relax in the hot tub or steam room, or frolic in the bear-themed splash park. Bring your own towel and swimsuit. Clothes check and lockers available on site.
Furrocious!

Go wild at FURROCIOUS, the Friday night party where the dress code is leather, sports gear, or whatever lets your sexy out. It’s easy to lose yourself in the darkness with the lights, visuals, and tech setting the perfect mood. With DEKO-ZE delivering dirty beats and The Girlfriend Experience set to stun on stage.
Snowball: Main Event
Saturday, January 27, 2024 | 10 PM – 4 AM | Whistler Conference Centre
The Whistler Pride and Ski Festival’s massive main event and grand finale! A spectacular one-of-a-kind experience in the Sea to Sky Ballroom. Drink and dance until 4 AM with dazzling lights, lasers, and tech to enhance the electric rhythms of DJ/Producer Eddie Martinez of LA and breakout star Karsten Sollors – delivering big room sound to match the scale of the party! Canada’s Drag Race Season 4 favourite VENUS will dazzle with fierce performances. The epic climax an amazing week deserves. Not to be missed!

Charity Ski Race

Test your speed at the Blackcomb Race Centre and help raise money for QMUNITY, BC’s Queer, Trans & Two-Spirit Resource Centre. $10 recommended minimum donation per race.
Youth bubly™ Tube Park
Friday, January 26, 2024 | 11 AM – 6 PM | Base 2, Blackcomb Mountain
Feel the wind in your face as you cruise down the Whistler Blackcomb exhilarating tubing hill. The bubly™ Tube Park offers great fun for everyone. There’s no skill or equipment required – just a sense of adventure and a desire for excitement. Once you bought your ticket you can ride as many times as you’d like until your time is up.
Youth-Only Guided Ski and Snowboard Groups
Friday, January 26, 2024 | 9:45 AM | Guest Relations Kiosk next to Roundhouse Lodge, Whistler Mountain
Queer youth and allies (ages 13 – 18) are invited to join the free half-day, on-mountain guiding program. Separate ski and snowboard groups are divided by level (from green run to expert) and led by our trained volunteer guides. At 3 PM, youth are welcome to join groups from Pride Squamish, Whistler Rainbow Connection, Lillooet Secondary and on-mountain Parade Marshals to participate in the Ski Out and Community Day Parade presented by TD Bank Group.
Whistler Pride Youth Social
Friday, January 26, 2024 | 4:30 – 6 PM | Whistler Conference Centre
A free meet-up for Queer youth and allies ages 13 – 18 directly following the Parade. Come join the party! Youth are invited to the Parade Day T-Dance Presented by TD Bank Group where you will have free access to a youth lounge area with hot chocolate, and an exclusive meet and greet opportunity with a contestant from Canada’s Drag Race Season 4! Pre-registration is required as there’s limited capacity.
Pride Movie Night
Friday, January 26, 2024 | 8:30 – 9 PM | Rainbow Theatre, Whistler Conference Centre
Whistler Pride and Ski Festival is thrilled to screen a BC-made documentary that explores queer identity in mountain towns and snow sports. PEOPLE LIKE US follows Ryan as he connects with the queer community of Revelstoke, seeking their opinions and stories, and relationships with mountain culture, in the hope of building perspective into what it is like to be queer in a rural setting.
