10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Guests on the 3rd, 4th, or 5th floor
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Guests on the 6th, 7th, or 8th floor
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Guests on the 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th floor
