Veuve Clicquot ‘In The Snow’ Terrace Debuts At Fairmont Chateau Whistler
WHISTLER, BC, January 29, 2026 – Fairmont Chateau Whistler is delighted to unveil Veuve Clicquot In The Snow, an exclusive pop-up terrace and stylish new gathering place in the heart of Whistler. The collaboration between Veuve Clicquot and Fairmont brings a solaire touch to this year’s après-ski scene, blending alpine sophistication with the Maison’s signature celebratory spirit.
Launching February 7, and taking place every Friday and Saturday afternoon for the remainder of the ski season, the experience transforms The Mallard Lounge’s outdoor deck into a chic, snow-beachfront terrace. Located just steps from the ski piste, at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the pop-up offers a seamless transition from slopes to celebration.
Inspired by Veuve Clicquot’s global tradition of bringing its vibrant art de vivre to unexpected places, In The Snow invites guests to embrace apres-ski culture in a vibrant new way, tailored to the slopes, the sun, and meaningful moments of connection. Guests can enjoy a curated menu featuring Veuve Clicquot champagnes, innovative cocktails, and elegant bites such as baked brie, truffle fries, and lamb lollipops.
“Apres-ski is part of Whistler’s DNA, and Veuve Clicquot In The Snow captures that spirit perfectly,” says Ken Hall, General Manager, Fairmont Chateau Whistler. “From dancing in ski boots, to raising a toast to the day’s adventures, it’s a fun, lively celebratory experience that reflects our commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests.”
Camille Libre, Customer Marketing Director for Moët Hennessy Canada, says: “The In The Snow terrace reflects Veuve Clicquot and Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s shared appreciation for elevated and unique guest experiences. We’re excited to collaborate with Fairmont to bring a festive après-ski offering to B.C.’s Coast Mountains this season.”
