Earth Day Forest Bathing
This Earth Day, Fairmont Chateau Whistler invites you to participate in Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of “Forest Bathing.” This is not a hike or a nature walk, but a guided meditation in motion.
Designed to lower cortisol levels and boost the immune system, this practice encourages you to move through the forest at a contemplative pace, engaging your five senses to bridge the gap between yourself and the natural world.
The journey concludes with a traditional forest tea ceremony, sharing a warm cup of hemlock tea to ground the group before returning to the resort.
