Fairmont’s culinary team invites you to enjoy an A La Carte dinner in the Grill Room Restaurant featuring a turkey dinner with all the trimmings expertly cooked by our culinary team. Slow-roasted turkey, buttermilk mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, cranberry sauce, Holiday stuffing and gravy.
