Katia Barton

Katia is the Special Events Manager at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler as well as the City Director for WNORTH’S Whistler Chapter, a global membership for women in leadership. She has the pleasure of creating unique and memorable experiences for guests of all ages and is delighted to bring together a group of fabulous people this November on a journey to personal growth.

Kayla Isaaks

Meet Kayla, the creator of Nomadic Yoga. Kayla is a compassionate yoga teacher, and a lifelong learner at heart. At an early age, Kayla fell in love with dance and competed professionally throughout BC in acrobatics. After completing her degree in Tourism Management, she ventured into yoga, eventually becoming a certified Vinyasa/Hatha instructor in 2014. Now in Whistler with her partner and their dog, Wynnie, she brings a blend of strength, serenity, and playfulness to her classes. Kayla’s classes guide you to transform through breath and movement, transitioning from human-doing to human-being. Catherine Roscoe Barr - BSc Neuroscience

Catherine Roscoe Barr is a neuroscience-based wellness coach and founder of The Life Delicious. The Life Delicious is applied neuroscience for everyday wellness and joyful longevity – an evidence-based curriculum of sustainable practices, grounded in pleasure, to liberate ourselves and others from suffering. Catherine offers women’s coaching circles, co-ed retreats, corporate workshops and keynote speeches; is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and coach practitioner; and writes about fitness, food and travel for numerous publications including Montecristo, Canadian Living, WestJet Magazine, BC Business and BC Living. Before settling on the West Coast she lived in Sydney, Toronto, Oregon, Montana, and practically everywhere in Alberta. She currently lives in Vancouver with her fabulous husband, delightful daughter and adorable dog.

Helena Bianchi - Master's in Biochemistry

Helena, also known as the Peak Performance Architect, brings a diverse expertise encompassing biochemistry, cancer research, Holistic Nutrition and Executive Coaching to her profile. She has synthesized proven and custom strategies by doing deep research and experimentations on current health philosophies, uniting the most crucial, effective, and sustainable health information into an insightful and personalized natural health system. Aside from helping organizations, elite athletes, high level consultants, and leaders expand the impact they have in the world. Helena is also the health architect/ nutrition & health coach at Connect Health Integrative Health Clinic in Vancouver, Canada.

Wendy Hargreaves

When Wendy isn’t working as hotel’s Director of Sales & Marketing she enjoys working alongside her granddaughter’ business, Mountain Macramé at the Whistlers Farmers Market.  She has a Visual Arts degree from the University of Victoria and loves all forms of creativity and wellness.

Melanie Levenberg - Dancepl3y Whistler

Melanie Levenberg is a Fitness Professional, International Speaker, TEDx presenter and was named canfitpro’s Fitness Instructor of the Year 2022. With more than 20 years of leading group exercise classes, Melanie brings high energy fun to any format of fitness she teaches. Combining inspiration with perspiration, her goal is to empower you to #sweathappy and leave class prepared to live your best life in a body that moves and feels great!

Jackie Dickinson

Jackie is the Executive Director of the Whistler Community Services Society and recently presented at TEDx Whistler. Her passion of advocating for community well-being, mental health, food security, and harm reduction initiatives has helped lead the way toward a healthier Sea to Sky community.

Monica Sander Burns - Society of Trees

Monica Sander Burns is a certified Forest Therapy Guide, Mentor, and Trainer, with the Global Institute of Forest Therapy. The personal transformation she experienced in the forest led her to establish SOCIETY of TREES, an organization with a mission to develop embodied connection with the natural world as a foundation of individual and collective well-being.
