Fitness Centre Facilities & Equipment
Work up a sweat on state-of-the-art Technogym treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and stationary bikes. Hop on a Peloton™ for a guided spin workout. Enjoy access to a variety of strength training equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance machines. Stretch out with exercise mats, foam rollers, and resistance bands.

Trained in classical yoga in India and guided by decades of study, Dorrie weaves ancient movement with the modern power of crystal sound healing — creating space for deep restoration and energetic transformation

With over a decade of teaching experience, I bring a refined blend of understanding and compassion to my teachings as a Pilates, yoga and sound bathing professional. My goal is to connect the body and mind. Through our sessions, whether the empowerment of Pilates, the inner awareness of yoga, or the rhythms of sound, enrich the path to balance.

Our coaching team is built of certified, high-level instructors who combine competitive experience with a true passion for teaching. Whether you’re picking up a racket for the very first time or fine-tuning advanced techniques, our coaches make every lesson clear, engaging, and fun.
