Safety information and operational updates for your upcoming visit to Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
Our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees. At this time, Fairmont Chateau Whistler remains open and is closely following the advice from BC’s Ministry of Health. Due to travel restrictions in B.C., effective April 23, 2021, people are not allowed to travel outside of their regional zone until May 25, 2021. We love serving you, our neighbours, and our Whistler community. Your health and safety, along with the wellbeing of our team, are of paramount importance to us. And so, in light of the BC government’s recent announcement, we have temporarily paused indoor dining at our restaurants. Our focus remains on continuing to welcome each of you with the thoughtful service and unforgettable experiences for which our hotel is known for. Please note, during your stay, we will continue to have on-site dining options available for you to enjoy, including; In-Room Dining service and takeaway from Portobello for breakfast and lunch. Please note that check-in is now available from 4:00 pm onwards, and check-out is now at 11:00 am.
health club protocols
The health club is currently open for hotel guests daily from 6:30 am – 10:00 pm. Pool capacity restrictions are now in place and reservations are required for all hotel guests wishing to use the pool facility and fitness centre. Health club is open daily from 6:30 am -10:00 pm. Reservations are now required for all hotel guests wishing to use the fitness centre. Learn more Reservations are not required for saunas and eucalyptus steam rooms.
Yoga classes are temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Vida Spa is now accepting appointments seven days /week.

COLLEAGUE TRAINING & SAFETY
In addition to increased training on safety protocols, all colleagues participate in mandatory, daily health screenings which include temperature checks upon entrance to the resort. It’s important to us that both our guests and our colleagues are safe and well.
