Cocktail 20 Thousand Years in the Making
GLACIER MIXOLOGY CLASS
This is no ordinary cocktail class—it’s a glacial escape into the art of elevated mixology.
Shake, stir, and sip where few have ever stood, atop a remote glacier. Lifted by private flight, you and your guest soar above the stunning alpine landscape to a place where nature itself becomes your Lounge. Towering glaciers and pristine ice form a surreal amphitheatre, offering a backdrop like no other.
In this extraordinary setting, a Fairmont Chateau Whistler master bartender leads a guided mixology session where time and technique blend. Ingredients are chilled by crystal-clear glacial pools formed over 20,000 years, while flavours evolve in the pure alpine air. Every sip is shaped by the stillness, the grandeur, and the rarefied beauty surrounding you.
Toast the moment with a glass of exclusive champagne, its legacy echoing through the centuries-old ice beneath your feet. Between cocktails, indulge in a luxurious alpine picnic, seasonally inspired, thoughtfully paired, and designed to complement each sip.
Equal parts education and immersion, this rarefied experience is crafted for those who believe that a truly great cocktail deserves a better story—and an unforgettable setting.
