GUIDELINES
- Private buyouts will not be available during the following dates,
- Christmas & New Years Season (December 18 to January 5)
- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of statutory long weekends
- Black out dates apply
- Room rentals are not applicable if the food and beverage minimum spend is reached.

Friday & Saturday | $3,500

- Lower Level (one bartender dedicated to the group at the Watering Hole)
