Season Pass Program
The Chateau Alpine Club is a private membership for those who don’t just visit Whistler — they return home to it.
More than membership, it’s a curated lifestyle designed for passionate skiers and alpine enthusiasts who know the quiet magic of early-morning first tracks, who slip into their favorite corner of The Mallard après-ski, and who feel at ease the moment they step through our doors. With privileged access, elevated service, and a true sense of belonging, the Chateau Alpine Club is your home base — elevated.

Chateau Alpine Club membership brings exclusive access, effortless convenience, and season-long alpine perks:
- Season-long ski and snowboard storage – Your gear is ready and waiting at the Chateau, giving you more time to enjoy the slopes and the mountain lifestyle.
- In-Room Gear Crate Service – Keep your essentials, like boots and accessories, in your personal alpine crate at the Chateau, so they are always ready for your adventures.
- Preferred room rates – Enjoy exclusive member pricing, making every seasonal escape even more rewarding.
The above rates are quoted in Canadian Funds (CAD) based on double occupancy in the Fairmont room category. Room rates are subject to 11% Provincial Hotel Tax and 5% Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST). Rates for other room categories are available including Fairmont’s exclusive lifestyle hotel experience, Fairmont Gold, with rates starting from $809 per night plus taxes & fees. Please find attached the price grid for all the room types offered.
• A Supplemental Rate of $200 +taxes for the Premium Dates of Feb 13, 14, & 15, 2026 will be charged in addition to the seasons pass rate and will be payable at check out.
• Minimum Length of Stay of 2 nights on all Saturdays throughout the 2025/26 season will apply. Please see reverse for additional information.

holders.
SEASON PASS Policies
Season’s Pass Holders have until September 30, 2025 to confirm stay dates, with the exception of all Suite products which need to be confirmed at the time of booking based on availability. Any amendments after September 30, 2025 is based on availability. All unavailable and blackout dates have been outlined in the attached Calendar of Availability. If a room type is unavailable on your preferred dates, we will be able to offer alternative options to accommodate you
on your preferred dates – or create a wait list booking.
- Minimum Length of Stay of 2 nights on all Saturdays throughout the 2025/26 season will apply.
- Maximum length of stay is 5 nights per booking.
- Full non-refundable prepayment is required at time of pass purchase, which is non-transferable, non-commissionable and cannot be applied to any other offers.
- The Cancellation and No Show policy is 7 Days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made more than 7 days
prior to the arrival date are allowed with no penalty. Any cancellations or reduction in number of nights made within
7 days prior to the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the nights cancelled. Any No Show nights will be forfeited
from the total nights purchased under the Season’s Pass account and are paid upon departure. - Any incidental charges including, but not limited to, resort fee, connecting room charges and premium date additional
charges cannot be deducted from the pre-payment amount of the Season’s Pass account. - Any additional room nights above the Season’s Pass original number of nights require pre-payment at the time of
booking and are non-refundable. Outside 7 days prior to arrival, should a cancellation occur these room nights will
be held in the Season Pass account. - Resort Experience Fee of $50 + tax /night* applicable as incidental charge. Learn more about Resort Experience Fee inclusions and explore the current activity calendar.
- Connecting rooms are available upon request for an additional $100 per booking plus tax. This is an incidental charge and payable upon departure.
- The Seasons Pass program is in very high demand and it is recommended to purchase as soon as possible. The program is based on limited availability (only 100 passes will be sold).
