February – It’s kind of a big deal.

With its silent ‘r’ and mere 28 days, sure, February is a bit of a funny month. But we think February is also one of the best months! In fact, even though it’s the shortest month of the year, it has more incredible dining offers than any other time of year! Here’s a recap of ways you can discover just how much Fairmont Loves Flavour this February at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Wow, even that’s a mouthful!

1. DINNER À LA DOME

If you are looking for something extraordinary, meet the new kid on the block (and arguably the coolest!) – our Snow Globes private dining domes. Start with a magical winter wonderland setting (with plenty of fairy lights, of course), then add five incredible gourmet courses. 3. GET SWEPT ‘APRES’

This is not a drill! From now until the end of the month, The Mallard is offering a special après menu. Yes, you heard that right. Available Monday – Thursday afternoon from 2:00pm – 6:00pm, you can find beer, wine, and daily drink specials as well as bites from $10 each! Sip along to the sounds of live music, because everything tastes better with some tunes. Talk about the perfect way to end a day on the slopes!

4. DO THE DIP

Picture this…a cozy little restaurant – alit with white, twinkling lights and tucked within an idyllic, snowy backdrop – and all the cheese. 5. THE WILDFLOWER FOR THE WIN

Just in time to beat those winter blues, The Wildflower is cheering up the dinner dilemma with a 3-course menu for $59 per person, expertly created by our Executive Sous Chef, Derek Bendig. Choose from six incredible appetizers such as West Coast Seafood Chowder, Hanceville Beef ‘Poutine, or Roasted Pear Salad. Then, move on to the main course where you’ll discover a delicious selection of menu options including Roasted Ling Cod, Pork Roast with truffle jus, or Housemade Pappardelle. Heavenly! Finish it off with a choice from three decadent desserts, and you’ve got yourself a dinner dreams are made of. Available Sunday – Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 9:00pm, reservations recommended and can be made here.
