Our accessible rooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort and safety during your stay, and many of our resort areas are fully accessible. Accessible Areas
- Our main lobby is wheelchair accessible from all entrances to the hotel. The hotel’s front doors are directly accessible from the driveway via a ramp.
- The front desk is wheelchair accessible, and there are no steps up or down to approach the front desk.
- All three entrances to the hotel (separate wings) are accessible. Our lower concourse level entrance is accessible via an elevator to the upper floors of the hotel.
- Lobby restrooms are accessible.
- All of our restaurants are wheelchair accessible. Our wait staff will read the menu for individuals who are legally impaired or have low vision.
- The hotel’s health club and fitness centre are accessible. Showers and washroom facilities are equipped with grab bars and seated options.
- Our secure hotel parking garage is accessible via an elevator. Guests requiring assistance will be given valet access. The hotel has six accessible parking stalls in our underground parking garage with elevator access.
