New Private Dining Experience
WHISTLER, BC – With the ski season just around the corner, Fairmont Chateau Whistler announces three new outdoor private dining experiences. Named the Snow Globe Dining Domes, these exclusive experiences will be available to reserve for the duration of the winter season.
Unique to Whistler, the Snow Globes will be situated on the Chateau’s Wildflower patio near the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The mountain chic décor, along with fairy lights and a warm beige colour palette, invites a cozy ambiance into the space.
Guests may indulge in a five-course gourmet menu prepared by Derek Bendig, Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s Executive Sous Chef. Bendig’s menu is paired with featured beverages from partners Stella Artois, Fever-Tree, Roche Winery & Vineyards and Blasted Church.
The Snow Globes are available for small groups of up to six people and will be available from December 18, 2020 to April 18, 2021. The menu price is $249.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity.
For those visiting the Canadian Rockies this winter, expect a similar Dining Dome experience popping up at Fairmont Banff Springs in the New Year.
