Kids can enjoy alpine skiing and snowboarding at Whistler Blackcomb, with ski-in, ski-out convenience from the resort. Children love the specially-designed terrain gardens and family zones with an enchanted Tree Fort and Magic Castle.


The Whistler Blackcomb Buble Tube Park is fun for the whole family! Open December through April, the Tube Park offers all the exhilaration of sliding on snow, without special equipment or training required! Try tubing under lights, for a fun, family, evening adventure.

Each winter a special ice skating rink opens in Whistler Olympic Plaza, where you can go ice skating in the heart of Whistler Village, with views of the mountains, the Olympic Rings and thousands of twinkling, festive lights. Open early December to late March.

Just a short walk from the hotel, Whistler Olympic Plaza turns into a family fun zone select evenings during winter, with games, crafts, storytime, hot drinks and other entertainment. Family Apres is complimentary, and allows you to enjoy winter outdoor fun with your kids, the Canadian way!



Borrow a toboggan from the Health Club, and go slide right outside of the hotel, or head to Whistler Olympic Park, just 20 minutes south in the beautiful Callaghan Valley. It has a dedicated toboggan zone with toboggans for rent, room to slide, and a day lodge to warm up.

In summer months just outside the hotel, the Adventure Zone offers bungee trampolines, a slew of rides and activities (including the Westcoaster Luge, Hot Wheelz electric go-kart, and the NASA-tested human gyro).

An enchanting adventure awaits! Join a twilight expedition to explore the mysterious beauty of Whistler’s forest at night. Vallea Lumina is a 1.5 km pathway through an old-growth forest that takes visitors of all ages on an hour-long night walk in pursuit of hidden wonders, telling a story that unfolds in chapters along the way.

For those hot summer days, explore one of Whistler’s many lakes and beaches.
