Indulge in savoury fondues, house-made pâté, schnitzel, rösti, and artisan charcuterie platters. Featuring European-inspired alpine cuisine, the Chalet’s menu offers the perfect collection of warm and welcoming dishes you’d expect in North America’s favourite mountain resort. Be sure to save room for the chocolate fondue dessert and an after-dinner selection from the schnapps wagon.

Note: A complimentary shuttle is available from Fairmont Chateau Whistler to the Chalet.
