For all Dinner by Design options, a choice menu with pre-selected guarantees a $6 per person additional charge applies, per selection.

For a “day of” choice menu without pre-selected quantities, a $12 per person additional surcharge applies for the first selection and an $18 per person surcharge for the second selection.
