All Pricing is exclusive of 18% surcharge charge*, 5% Government Sales Tax (GST) and 10% Liquor Tax (PLT).

From this 18% surcharge, 12.95% is a gratuity that is distributed to the Banquets team and, as appropriate, other staff, and the remaining 5.05% is an administrative fee that is retained entirely by the Hotel (and not distributed as wages, tips or gratuities to any Hotel employee).

A bartender will be provided free of charge, providing consumption is over $400 per bar.
If less than $400 is consumed per bar, the following labour charges apply:
$120 per bartender (based on a minimum 4 hour shift)
$120 per cashier (based on a minimum 4 hour shift)

HOST BAR PRICING BY THE HOUR

Premium Tier:
$17 per person for the first hour
$16 per person for additional hours

Super Premium Tier:
$21 per person for the first hour
$20 per person for additional hours

Luxury Tier:
$25 per person for the first hour
$24 per person for additional hours
