- 1 oz Beefeater, (house infused with Citrus Peels and Cardamom)
- 1 oz Sons of Vancouver No. 82 Amaretto
- 0.5 Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Simple Syrup
- 2 drops Orange Blossom Water
- .75 oz egg white
Build and dry shake. Add ice and wet shake. Strain into coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon chip.
