5 Decade Caesar

1oz Finlandia Vodka
1 oz Thai Chilli/Orange Gin
1 Tsp Balsamic Reduction
1 Tsp Miso Paste
7 Gem Tomatoes
4 oz Clamato Juice
0.5 oz Burrowing Owl Coruja
5 Basil Leaves

To garnish, dip the rim of a 16oz glass in lime juice and then in Caesar spice mix. Combine tomatoes, miso, balsamic, basil in the glass and muddle together thoroughly. Add vodka, gin, ice and top with Clamato. Use bar spoon to mix and then float coruja on top. Garnish with olive pick, beans and celery stick.

To make Thai chili/orange gin, use a cold brew coffee tower, combining orange and Thai chili in the middle vessel, gin in the top vessel and setting to drip at roughly 45 drops per minute. If a cold brew coffee tower is not available, combine 4 whole red chilis and the peel of one orange in a 26oz bottle of gin. Allow to sit for 72 hours, shaking periodically or until the taste is spicy and citrus forward.
