
FAIRMONT: AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is committed to ensuring that each and every person feels welcome in our hotels. To make our hotel accessible, we offer a selection of accessible rooms and a number of adapted features throughout the hotel.
LOBBY
Our main lobby is wheelchair accessible from all entrances to the hotel. The hotel’s front doors are directly accessible from the driveway via a ramp. The front desk is wheelchair accessible and there are no steps up or down to approach the front desk.
All three entrances to the hotel (separate wings) are accessible. Our lower concourse level entrance is accessible via an elevator to the upper floors of the hotel. The lobby restrooms are also accessible.
PARKING
Our secure hotel parking garage is accessible via an elevator. Guest requiring assistance will be given valet access. The hotel has 6 Handicapped-reserved stalls in our underground parking garage with ease of elevator access.

RESTAURANTS
All of our restaurants are wheelchair accessible. Our wait staff will read menu for individuals who are legally impaired or have low vision.
